Pros

Intuit does give you knowledge and training that can prove helpful throughout your career, Pays good as well

Cons

Opportunity for advancement is based on how good you are at butt-kissing not at your actual job. The company has said their first priority has been the people meaning their employees however this is only true when its convenient. I currently work for this company and have put in many years of hard work for this company, have been supporting many departments basically doing the work of 5 people but only compensated for the work of one. Have been promised that this would change soon just give it time, then yesterday Intuit announced they would be eliminating 785 positions, mine being one of them. They work you to the bone and promise it will all payoff and then they lay you off. i feel taken advantage off and i feel as though Intuit saying their employees comes first is just a front when really no matter how hard you work you are just another number not a actual valued employee. I used to be proud of this company and to say I worked for Intuit, but they are just becoming another call center environment like Afni, Apac etc that makes poor management decisions and lets the employees pay for it rather than the management.

False sense of corporate. Core company values aren't actually followed. Too many people working there to simply CYA.

Pros

Great company Great offices Some great people

Cons

No clear direction Literally every project is 5 years too late Too much corporate cheerleading, instead of doing real work that matters Middle management is incompetent and vindictive Annual Employee Survey results do not matter and bad managers continue to mismanage their teams Too.
