Pros

Good work/life balance. Competitive pay if you know how to bargain. Experience at Intuit depends on your team, but I have found most of the employees and managers to be a pleasure to work with. Great facility in San Diego.

Cons

It is a big company, so it has similar issues that all other companies do.. like Slow to adopt growth. Cannot focus on innovative ideas due to requirement to maintain current business Not as 'challenging' working environment as smaller/leaner companies

Pros

good benefits, relaxed dress code.

Cons

management is unable to assist you due to being clueless. Intuit believes in stressing their employees by growth with no desire to staff accordingly. if you can take FMLA you need to.

Pros

Fair Compensation, Great benefits, great people overall. The products were excellent and it felt good to say that I worked for Intuit. Over all leadership was very strong and forward looking. Very supportive of their employees.

Cons

Poor leadership style and capability in Reno office. Very locked in old mindset. Good ol'boy network seems to protect some of the weak leaders there. The site VP is not strong and is easily swayed by the latest mandates and issues.
