Pros

Great leaders that are transparent and I believe honest. Its an environment where you can be yourself and be successful. Facilities are fantastic, benefits are okay, lots of perks for the employees.

Cons

High demand job which can come at a cost of your personal time, but overall the benefits and job satisfaction outweigh this 'con'.

Pros

- Some smart UX managers, who previously worked for innovative companies. - Low-pressure in terms of hourly commitment. Plenty of time allowed for project completion. - Flexibility in terms of lateral movement within the company. - Nice, chill XD seminar held once a year with free drinks.

Cons

- Employee life is very family-oriented. If you don't have kids, you might feel left out or inconvenienced by fellow employees leaving at 4pm to take their kids to soccer practice. - Office culture, try as it might, is very "Office Space." - Software offerings are disorganized and often don't see eye to eye. - It is what it is. You will be doing UI Design for finance software, no matter how the job description is packaged.

Pros

I am extremely proud of the products and services at Intuit. We produce the best business management and tax practice tools period. Only concern is the price increases over the past few years have come at a price. Our pro tax clients are frustrated.

Cons

You have to move into a non-sales role to "advance".
