Pros

Outstanding benefits and rewards system. You have a feeling of having an impact which is rare for a large company. The company and managers take career growth seriously. Brad Smith, the CEO is probably the best there is. He is very engaging and trusts his people.

Cons

High turnover rate of senior level management in IT means strategies are never fully realized. They really need a strong CIO.

Pros

Amazing investment in talent, if you go looking Open culture of feedback Lots of opportunity -- have an idea? Go for it! Culture of experimentation is coming -- scientific method and lean methodologies gaining strength and steam...

Cons

Lots of org. change -- hard to gain speed on career with org. changes so frequent Some org's are fairly political and that can be frustrating for some who don't like to play that game, this is pretty rare though Some processes are too heavy and get in the way; for those who don't find this difficult to navigate, this can be very frustrating
