Frequent reorganizations. Periodic cost cutting and forays into outsourcing in places that didn't yield much savings and created some unnecessary turmoil.

-- Career path can be a little confusing. should get proper career path set -- there are lot of organizational changes which might affect the employee frequently in terms of the company vision and other priorities which keep changing with every orgarnization change. it becomes a tiresome experience.
