Pros

Great place to learn and grow but it has its challenges

Cons

Culture can take a while to get used to, takes forever to get promoted, too much focus on the "how" and not on your results, always resource constrained, no new-hire training

Pros

- People who work there are great. - Great team work

Cons

- Each director and VP looks out for themselves personally - VP has been heard to belittle people behind their backs - Organizations always changing - Jobs are always being shifted, repurposed or reorganized

Pros

Great benefits, some of the best in Silicon Valley. Nice casual corporate culture, management seems to be more interested in getting work done rather than how people dress or when they have to arrive to work. interesting products to work on

Cons

very poor middle management, poor communication between groups, there also seems to be a bit of competition between product teams and that prevents cooperation between the groups
