Pros

The Canadian branch of Intuit is improving and start to benchmark with how companies in Silicon valley run.

Cons

However, it is still lacking behind of new startups and top tier companies in Sillcon Valley. Somehow, the company is more like old school type.

Lots of room for internal movement. They encourage that as well. Good work/life balance and benefits. People are helpful and very nice.

Cons

Communication can be very slow. Some of the systems are not the best I have ever experienced.
