Pros

The money - the salaries are good, and they still pay bonuses The benefits - again, very good Telecommuting OK or OK part of the time

Cons

Completely political - all rewards are for good politics and allying yourself with the right people No promotions - they hire from outside No communications between groups - not only is there rework, but the same mistakes are made People are not social - they do their work and go home (at least in Mountain View) Technically mediocre
