Pros

I believe the compensation and benefits are pretty good and while it's not a fast grower, the company is successful and continues to thrive.

Cons

In the last couple years, their value of their employees has declined noticeably. They used to really care about their employees and treat them extremely well and with the last regime change, that seemed to have went away. It's too bad, as I used to be so proud to call myself an Intuit employee and now it isn't the same. The training and coaching there is very limited and left to the few "chosen" ones. The rest of the folks have an uphill battle to really advance their careers.

Pros

Intuit is still a good place to work compared to a lot of companies, they treat their employees with respect for the most part

Cons

Intuit has had reductions in work force recently and many employees are a bit fearful of their jobs, even top performers have been let go
