Pros

Intuit's overall strategy and business plan for next couple of years to come is progressing and aliging with where the growth is going to come from in the economy (now and when it turns).

Cons

Intuit has experienced many changes over the last fiscal year. Changes have taken place in leadership, strategy and direction. Many of these changes have been positive and some have been reactionary.

Pros

Great place to work with fair pay and competitive benefits, highly profitable businesses which enables the company to invest in new areas, positive work environment with respect for all, empowerment to make decisions and grow yourself

Cons

Spoiled employees with sense of entitlements, many leaders lack vision beyond their immediate business unit, not very good track record of buying other companies and lacks processes and skills to integrate acquisitions with speed

Pros

Employee-centric company built on relationships, teamwork and treating people well. Great facilities and focus on work/life balance. Employees have real passion for the customer and try to make sure our products help fix real needs. Like that CEO is pushing new agenda of growth and innovation...an injection of new products and markets is long over due.

Cons

Performance management in practice does not match what we say we do; we are easy graders and don't make as many tough calls as needed to raise performance. Some org leaders have grown very slow in making decisions, especially re: org structure. Still lots of deadwood- legacy employees and products. We are a "nice" company...but we won't survive as a country club.
