Pros

Intuit is building a high performance culture while maintain tremendous respect for the individual. Historically the company has had a bit of lifestyle culture but that is now changing. It is all about business performance and growth.

Cons

Intuit has a very heavy culture with lots of buzzwords and process formalities that probably are not necessary for a company its size.
