Pros

Great pay and benefits packag, this must be the best pay in Tucson. Good social network. Intuit is very good at training and onboarding new employees

Cons

Senior management does not make good decisions for the customer- they say they are listening to the employee and the customer but they aren't. Change happens all the time often before results can be dissected-let the dust settle. Often the product doesn't do what the engineers say it can do when they say it can. Very political and clicky you have to know how to schmooze and the say the right word at the right time.

Pros

- Great benefits: medical, dental, vision plan are excellent. - Pretty good at honoring work vs life balance - Generally not evil; A company in which ethics seem to really matter.

Cons

- Entry level Software Engineers are often put into QA roles until they "prove themselves." This is not clearly communicated when you interview. - Too many major (consecutive) reorganizations cast doubt on leadership's direction and ability to make decisions.
