Pros

This company is a great place to work… The benefits are great and the compensation is competitive. The best part is that Intuit promotes work life balance - no working expected on Weekends. The senior leadership is solid at the senior level. Brad (the CEO) is just a great guy – he is compassionate, sharp, fun, and has the ability to get everyone excited about where we are going as a company. I would not want to work anywhere else.

Cons

The company has had great success but has not entirely escaped the economic downturn. We have seen some cost cutting but believe we can see the light at this point.

Pros

Benefits are fantastic, values and culture are very strong; most teams still believe in celebrating success; CEO is a rock star

Cons

Some leaders are highly narcissistic and behave in ways not altogether ethical; special treatment and promotions given to some based on qualities other than their professional skills; HR maintains the status quo rather than addressing the real issues

Pros

The salary and benefits are competitive.

Cons

There is a definitive divide between good managers (not great) and lowsy managers. The ignorance and incompetance level from where I sit is 80/20. 20 being the minority of managers that actually know what is going on in the world. It's really sad. It makes working here difficult on employee morale, productivity, and inexplainable when I have to go home to tell my family how my day went or worse shuffle excuses to the customers. The worst part is that the employees are not being heard. All that press about best place to work is a bunch of nonsense. Voice of Employee more nonsense. TPS is garbage busting at the seams. Public view of the companies difficiencies are now on Glassdoor becasue of it. Most of the posts I have seen here are valid. But hey what do I know I'm just an employee not a manager. Gamble your money if you want to.
