      Innovative company with a strong mission and value system. Leadership understands the quality of people and how to balance work/life among all the stakeholder demands.

      Cons

      Seasonal consumer demand limits the ability to fully innovate, due to the cyclical nature of the business. This means at least 1 quarter is spent preparing for the annual tax peak in consumer demand.

      very good benefits, and work environment depending on who is your manager you can have a great time and learn new things. ver good learning program.

      Cons

      Very political, each division is different as far as culture and what is expected to deliver. Best place to work would be in headquarter in MV.
