Pros

- intuit provides lots of perks - generous 401k matching, onsite gym, mass transit subsidy, free/discounted intuit products, fitness incentive - intuit encourages open communication - you can freely address your opinions about things that you like/don't like - intuit has lots of non-work related programs that allow us to have fun and to socialize with folks from other groups

Cons

intuit started as a desktop software company. it is still undergoing a lot of changes to transform itself into a saas company. but i believe that we have the right leaders in the company to make the right decisions to take the company to the next level.

Pros

Great place to learn and grow but it has its challenges

Cons

Culture can take a while to get used to, takes forever to get promoted, too much focus on the "how" and not on your results, always resource constrained, no new-hire training
