Pros

Culture at Intuit is very tight-knit and mission-driven, with the north star always pointing to customer satisfaction.

Cons

The high bar can be incredibly taxing and can come at the cost of diminishing work-life balance, especially for senior non-managing contributors. A super deep leadership bench sometimes mean high-churn, diluted, yet highly polished outcomes.

Pros

Great perks and the offices are very beautiful. There's a lot of very genuine and talents people that work here in all regions.

Cons

Stock price over everything, including customer experience. Slow to make decisions. A lot of the decisions for global markets come from the US which is frustrating at times.
