Pros

You will love this company if you are working for a critical product of the company. Benefits are insane. $600 gym membership reimbursement. $1.25 401K contribution for every $1 upto 10K per annum. Company is great for people who are interested in working on big data problem, rapid application development (using Python and Node.js) and traditional J2EE applications.

Cons

Horrible re-org strategy which hinders productivity. Company's leaders make bad decisions which forces re-organization with lay offs every year. Too many internal budget cuts just to make wall street happy. No job security as it is almost 100% guaranteed you will be booted out of the company if you are working for a product in the company which does not generate enough revenue. There is no work life balance if you are working on a critical product.

Pros

Free Food, transport, benefits infact pay is at par with any mnc in India ( Ofcourse terms and conditions APPLY) !!!!!!!

Cons

Employee evaluation on performance is pathetic !! All you need to know is how to manipulate and Ofcourse if you can speak the language ENGLISH well!! Yes you are done !! Oh no wait good terms with your manager and if you are part of some useless so call committee you can retire.. That was what will make you survive or get a job on yes !! If you are getting through referral make sure you do your research and get through some specific leaders they are not only influential, they are capable enough to create positions, cancel positions, create role whether one is worth it of not and will also give you tips how to crack interview etc !! Meaning they can make and break teams !! Some managers in functional group earn as good engineering managers !! Wow !! Isn't it great !! Stop studying engineering from top colleges !!
