Pros

Treats employees fairly well. Good benefits. Good work life balance.

Cons

Unless you have more than 10 years of experience, don't join Intuit and expect to get your Green Card done in EB2 category through them. If you are willing to wait in EB3 category, then ok. Overall, getting GC through Intuit is harder even times are good and the company is doing good. An 'old' company, people are usually older. Don't join here if you are young and relatively early in your career.

Pros

The benefit package is above average for the location and industry. You work with competent peers. The environment is one in which constructive feedback is well received and implemented.

Cons

You have to actively seek out performance feedback. Your work tasks will be extended beyond those described during the hiring process. This can be both good and bad depending upon your personality and willingness.
