Pros
Intuit has great workplace and great resources for everyone. If you know what you want to do and are passionate enough, you can find your ways to achieve great outcomes. Work-Life balance is fine. Hardly ever we face any difficulty with any technical or physical resources.
Cons
Intuit is a great place to work. May not be all the work is great. Some of the teams do amazing work. Some teams do not-so-great work. Some products are too old for new ideas. If employee falls in old products teams, it is difficult to grow. You need lot of will to steer your career yourself and justify management of your future perspective.
