Pros

- Very quick to embrace the newest AI tech - The environment heavily rewards office politics—if you know how to play the game, you will do really well here.

Cons

- Top level genuinely does not seem to know what they are doing. There is a complete lack of direction from the top down.

Pros

- A lot of focus on AI and modern technologies. - Great people to work with - Great benefits. Real care for WLB and family life. - Access to all modern AI tools and models

Cons

- Getting things done usually involves a lot of stakeholders so it can get slow in comparison to smaller companies. - Hiring has really slowed down following the shift to AI and there's some noticeable pressure to perform using the tools we are given to compensate for the people who left the company.

Outstanding Benefits: Intuit offers top-tier insurance and a broad range of employee benefits. - NYC Office Amenities: The New York office features a modern design with incredible views (especially from the 8th floor), reservable workspaces, and a fully stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee. - Community Building: Weekly company-wide lunches on Thursdays are a great perk for team bonding.
