Pros

1. Salary and benefits 2. Relaxed culture at times, if no pressure your team will take it real slow. The people in the company are also dull with no passion for programming. 3. No young crowd, poor place for fresher. 4. Good work-life balance

Cons

1. Don't be in the firing range when there are issues in production, that sucks you in and takes all your life for the next few days. 2. Poor salary growth within the firm 3. Ridiculous metrics for promotion. The only way to get promoted is to grow old in this company. Promotion is done on the basis of experience, or diversity. 4. Highly biased towards diversity candidates. I'm not saying it is wrong, we all require equal opportunity. But these people just go overboard and so you have a lot of incompetent women at high positions.
