Pros

Good Infrastructure building good food

Cons

Internal politics no cooperation with a new team member. New team member needs to struggle to understand their existing legacy products reverse-engineering (We can do that with no issues) There is a lot of dependencies between teams. (New Architecture training is not available for new team members) we need to opt for training that is not known by you and ur manager also not tell you. end of the day they will try to point out you and no-hikes

Pros

Great pay and benefits and co workers

Cons

Rotating management. All about metrics. The systems they used were so ghetto I couldn’t believe for a big company one of the biggest banks that their system was so horrible. Made AHT hard to keep in their expectations.
