Pros

Brand name I cant think of anything else

Cons

Absymal pay Abuse of power, red tapism “this is from higher ups” to justify calling employees into work in the middle of an ongoing pandemic Archaic CEO who rides a chopper and doesnt know what his front line employees make; wants them to come to work and is “tired of Zoom and wants to see people back to check if they’ve forgotten how to connect to the internet at the office” No leadership

Not worth for developers

Pros

They give good salary while joining thats all.

Cons

No work life balance l, lots of politics, lot of late night meetings, everything falls on developers and not treated with respect. If your role is other than developer you can enjoy. Just please your current manager. BTW manager changes in the name of org re-structuring after your appraisal. Five managers changed with in a span of 18 months.
