Pros

None the culture is toxic

Cons

Toxic culture. The J.P. Morgan personal advisors platform is a complete joke. The planning tool has massive errors. The culture quickly turned toxic with leadership changes on 3 levels in 2025. TheShe literally went off screaming at an employee on the floor within 2 weeks of being promoted, one leader went off screaming at an employee in the floor only 2 weeks in after her promotion This illustrates the toxicity at jpmpa in atlanta. It’s a platform that has yet to turn a profit. I can’t wait til they cut their losses and fire all those toxic leaders

Pros

The work culture is incredibly inclusive and professional, making it one of the best workplaces I have experienced.

Cons

4-1 WFH - Traveling to the Bengaluru office daily can be time-consuming due to heavy traffic, leading to significant personal time loss.
