Pros

Below are the good things I observed during my tenure in JP Morgan 1. Firm is investing lot of money in technology, so there is a good opportunity work on latest technologies 2. Transport is free 3. Employees do respect each other (Nearly zero harassment/bullying by boss) 4. Having lot of learning opportunities 5. JP Morgan is brand, one will feel proud when you are working here

Cons

Nothing, except few teams are complaining about work life balance (Which is true in a bank). Being a banking company, fun at work is nearly zero
