Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for JPMorgan Chase is the benefits and flexible scheduling. In my pursuit to better myself, they have provided me with health, vision, and dental insurance while working with me to help chase my dreams.

Cons

In my opinion, in the retail division of JPMorgan Chase, there is not much room to advance to other sectors of the financial institution.

Pros

Flexibility in Working Hours, Work Life balance, Consistent improvement in India's brand image as a quality off-shoring center. Good Salaries and Bonuses.

Cons

HR Processes need improvement. In-fact you hardly get to see HR. Appraisal Process can be better and transparent.
