Pros

The opportunity to excel in your endeavors’, most employees does not take advantage of this until it is too late. Overall management is fair, and feedback is consistent. You are pushed to be on the leading edge.

Cons

There is no more loyalty to long term employees; I guess this is true for most employers in this era.
