Pros

Street's view of senior management Corporate investment on branding / commerical name recognition

Cons

Business units vary, however, I found limited career advancement with a visible lack of diversity up the corporate ladder. Overall, salary was substantially below the market (with very nominal raises). My compensation doubled at a competing Bank for achieving the same goals/performance benchmarks.
