Arbitrary and disjointed feedback from management at current position. Have worked better jobs at the same bank, but they were outsourced.

1. No transparency of what's coming next due to the nature of the industry. 2. "Too big" to allow a real sense of ownership to the job. 3. Loan centers are treated solely as cost centers and employees as just another resource.

Harsh Senior Management, Lack of Work Life Balance, No Promotions/No Raises

4 weeks vacation + national holidays. 401K match Great name on resume. Although I have a list of dislikes, I do have to say I attained a great set of skills which will be valuable to me going forward.

Cons

Long hours. No work life balance, expected to work weekends and nights. Promotions are non-existent, get the salary you want at the time of hire. Senior Management is harsh... they don't do much but sit around and expect you to coordinate everything and get the job done. In the end, they just want to look good to their manager. Lack of flexibility in schedule - they claim they permit you working from home, but they don't. Lack of diversity. Lack of appreciation when greatness is accomplished.
