lack of decision making hurts and will continue hurting the business. The are some mega issues around efficiency that prevent the business from generating higher revenues.

Pros

From the get go, I've worked very closely with senior management (MDs and EDs) and been involved in strategy. It feels like people want me to succeed.

Cons

Being a huge corporation, sometimes things are a bit disorganized. It takes a while to get infrastructure set up and support can be a pain.
