      1. Good place to learn a lot 2. Brand name 3. Can build a very good network 4. Sneek peek on other lines of business & an oppurtunity to move across LOBs

      Cons

      1. Salary is bad. One needs to negotiate very well before accepting an offer. 2. Year end salary review is bad. 3. HR personnel are worthless. They WILL NOT solve any of your issues. They are arrogant. 4. Favourism in certain LOBs. One needs to be an excellent performer to overcome all odds

      Great exit opps, learn strong financial skill set, opportunity to work with smart people, able to build strong network, good city

      long hours, not the best work environment, learning curve may become more flat after a year, competitive environment, not great work life balance

      Pros

      Four weeks of vacation. Opportunities to work with new technologies if you get involved with the right people. Flexible working hours and arrangements for work-life balance.

      Cons

      Poor communication from your manager where many times you will not get a response. Beware of review time and do not let your manager talk you into marking off you have reviewed your performance plan at mid year. Keep them on track and have them work with you on your development and performance plans. Long hours and many times, you cannot take compensation time off. Hopefully, you can use up your vacation. They frown upon reimbursing college expenses and will ignore you when you submit the paperwork.
