Pros

Big well known company, if you do not have too much ambition, you can retire here. Work / life balance. Hard working colleagues.

Cons

Too much emphasis on approvals ,do more documentation & meetings than actual work too far process intensive, too many approvals required approvals etc. Lot's of politics at office but you can steer clear of it.

Pros

Working with many committed, talented individuals striving to do their best for the customers, shareholders and company. Company focused on innovation and did some good work.

Cons

Lack of good decision making at the top; always looking for ways to fee or underpay customers who weren't constantly vigilant.
