Pros

- Stubborn management - Uncompetitive pay - Bleaky benefits - 5 days in the office - Lots of legacy code and teammates who write instant legacy code

Cons

But being serious if you're not old and the best moments of your life are not work pizza parties try better than this. Though being serious it's impossible to get fired from here and you can easily turn this "opportunity" into a fake job and do slim to nothing. Though there is already abundance of people of this kind and you will run into them when you actually need to do something.
