Pros

Good pay and car discount scheme

Cons

Work culture is toxic, constantly coming up with new culture initiatives and new ideas and ways of working but nothing changes. Many people over promoted or side moved because they aren’t very good at their job which makes is difficult for skilled people to progress. They are now finally cutting down the middle and upper management structure but it is too little too late and there is more rotten fruit being retained whilst the good people in general are leaving.

Pros

- Chance to work on market leading vehicles - Defined vision for future - Some amazing talented co workers

Cons

- Lack understanding as to what transformation really is; cut majority of PM roles which would deliver change - Too many talk but cannot deliver including leaders - Too much emphasis on reducing spend/costs and no focus on investing for future (i.e. projects) - Company is very supportive towards professional development, but some managers are not - Unless you have relationships with peers, it can be extremely difficult to be promoted - Leadership team is not very diverse (no females on BoM)
