Due to it fast growing current scenario there is some foundations areas that need to be developed/improved to compete with high automotive concurrence.

Pros

Nice offices, well paid, good brand, easy to get bonuses if you have a good manager.

Cons

Management feel threatened to new ideas or approaches if it goes against something they said. Even if it would help the company overall. Very slow getting things going due to endless processes. A lot of old dead wood in some departments. No recognition of hard work unless you make it really obvious.
