Pros

Great culture, exciting technologies to work on and with, very flexible and supportive in getting work/life balance right, excellent support from management and team members, good supply of equipment such as laptops, test tools, software etc.

Cons

It can be challenging to convince some teams to make a change (accept new/changed requirements). There is not a concerted and joined up drive to implemented a holistic systems engineering approach.

Cons

There are no cons to speak of. The only con I can think of is it is difficult to get into the company. They have very high standards but once you are in it's great.
