An addictive industry!

Pros

Diversity of opportunities available, both within function and across functions. The overhaul of people development committees in finance has put individuals in charge of their careers - this has been a positive step forward for me.

Cons

Parking is a challenge at most sites, and this adds significant time to the working day. Conversely - it is the result of the tremendous growth JLR has undergone, and I can only feel positive about that success!
