Interesting and exciting opportunities and some really great people.

Cons

Unfortunately aspirations get lost by the time they get to senior and middle management. Stuck in old ways and ineffective management team not held to account.

Pros

Very well paid job with some great benefits, yearly pay increases and big bonuses. Great status symbol if you work here too, representing a huge company that is making billions every year.

Cons

Working on a 3 shift rotation with absolutely no flexibility at all. It gets very tiring very quickly especially as the shifts change weekly. Work is mindless and repetitive and if you get a difficult job, work can be extremely hard. The only way in is through an agency (Manpower) who can lay you off at any time with one weeks notice. You will also have to work for Manpower for 5 years before you get a short term contract with JLR.
