- Felt well looked after as an employee - company seems to have a strong focus on developing individuals.

Cons

- Rapid growth has meant some processes are not suitable for operation any more - it is sometimes difficult to make changes quickly to adapt to new requirements - Cross plant operation is not consistent - some legacy processes / systems. Make standardised work difficult
