I've worked for JLR for over 21 years & could not be prouder. I would advise anybody out their to grasp the opportunity & fully harness their potential. Being part of JLR makes you feel rewarded & the team here will guide you through a great career.

Cons

Due to its size - you can become forgotten if you dont try & push yourself forward. There are many tools the company have to help you if you are willing to use them.
