Pros

Good benefits and packages, full year's pay whilst on maternity leave, lower down the organisation some great calibre people. Starting to make more appointments at a senior level from externally which is needed to provide more balance

Cons

Immature leadership a lot of whom have never worked elsewhere which makes change challenging due to the entrenched mindset. Macho culture with a lot of conflict and adversity. General lack of trust in employees.

the wage is good. Close to home for me

Cons

work overtime, can't be late or sick or you lose your job. Internal roles always offered but always taken so wasted three years applying for roles with little hope

Great company diverse engagement withing NMP seeing a programme through from early to beyond launch. Great teams. Work Life Balance within JLR is fantastic, brilliant development and opportunities within.

Cons

Some of the coffee machines could be better................ couldn't think of anything else!
