- Compny is doing bvery well at the moment. - Good salary. - Opportunity to move up if you decide to. - Flexible workplace.

Cons

- Some of the software tools are old and cumbersome. - Dis-organised management (at least in my area). - Lots talkers, very few competent doers. - Managers don't seem to actively develop their people (difficult to get clear direction on areas they need to develop).
