Pros

Potential for flexible working (and hours in some cases), employee offers and schemes. Great brand, opportunities to drive the cars, facilities dramatically improving by the day.

Cons

Some archaic systems from Ford / PAG days create unnecessary additional work. Some areas of the business can be under high stress and long hours - launch teams, etc.
