great company, great people. Been there 25 years and would never consider leaving. Lots of internal opportunities if not happy with current role and happy with sidewards move.

Cons

Salaried grade structure does not have enough increments. Very hard to get promotion from D grade as LL6 jobs are few and far between with lots of applicants internally.

Going through fantastic growth and continuously reinvesting back into the buisness. Always something new going on.

Cons

With so much change management struggle to understand what is actually needed. Clear deliverables are hard to come by if you don't set them yourself. That's if management agree they are right by the time your reviewed.
