Manageable work load, flexible work routines, helpful staff, decent pay and career prospects. If you like engineering, there are few places better in the UK.

Cons

JLR is not afraid to change many things quickly. Naturally, at times this will have unintended consequences. There will be a lot of engineering admin at times too.
