Growing company that provides the opportunity to work on real engineering challenges, from the initial stages in product development to manufacturing. Good reputation of the company will provide a positive outlook in the CV.

Cons

The structure is not ready for the aspirations of the company. Not enough technical background in many key figures, Business model developing into management and project management. Very risky scenario to be in, particularly when there is outstanding technical competition from Germany.
