Pros

Overtime can significantly increase salary. Excellent bonuses. Opportunity to travel if desired. Opportunity to drive prestige cars. Friendly atmosphere generally

Cons

Poor management. Company processes leave something to be desired. Almost impossible to introduce any changes. Frequent battle between younger “go getter” generation and older staff resisting change which results in a clear divide in the management.
