Working in the Hybrid and Electrification team has provided a unique working experience, that I would recommend to any professional. Flexible working, good level of pay and people development.

Cons

Poor IT systems, but it due to old legacy systems that the business has struggled to leave behind, due to rapid growth. However things are improving. Management expect high performance and commitment. But so does everywhere else I've worked.

Excellent benefits if you take advantage of them. Fast moving industry which is constantly changing.

Cons

Limited career progression despite the growth. The role doesn't always get the recognition it deserves and at times the role is not clearly defined. Is becoming too bureaucratic. Too many on-lookers without any accountability or responsibility. Each change, such as HR direct, feels like an anchor on the organisation, dragging it backwards.
