      Pros

      Great working environment, flexibility, facilities, company culture, employee benefits including pension and sick pay. Career progression opportunities. Cycle to work scheme and various employee discounts. Costa coffee and good catering facilities on site.

      Cons

      Flexible /homeworking arrangements should be more common due to office space and car parking constraints. More should be done to encourage flexible working.

      Pros

      Fantastic products and extremely passionate people. JLR is a fast growing company which means there are many chances to develop and a large department means that you can gain many skills while working for the same company. Great training opportunities. Lots of focus on work life balance.

      Cons

      With a fast moving company the people need to be nimble and this can sometime hinder JLR, some of its people are not and trying to change systems, processes and mentality can be tough.

      Too many other departments feel they have the right to question the professionalism of the purchasing department. Old policies and processes struggling to keep up.
