Pros

Great supportive team, amazing products. Team-building events were part of corporate culture - organised at least twice year. Test drives and special training programs for employees.

Cons

Working extra hours (sometimes 12 hours a day) is a normal thing for Russian office - the work has to be done "yesterday". No salary increase during the last year. Office is not easy to reach without car - located out of the city on extremely busy highway.

Pros

Flexibility in hours, decent amount of benefits available to employees, training available to employees

Cons

Too many non-productive meetings, shorterism versus a long term strategic view, extremely chaotic, commute onto site and distance from car park to office, too much hot desking, work being asked of me is too tactical in nature

Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Whilst we’re incredibly proud of the growth of the company, we acknowledge it provides constant challenges that we must overcome. We'd also recommend you raise any concerns about your work with your manager. Thanks for your feedback

Pros

Good pay - very competitive Sexy products Travel opportunities - overseas Development/promotion opportunities Some aspects of work are interesting

Cons

Ridiculous purchasing processes, including kangaroo court sourcing committees. Buyers are completely disempowered by process and red tape. Aggressive cost saving targets can't be met as best cost sourcing is interfered with due to cosy existing relationships Contracted-in management and purchasing consultants who deliver very little, but are believed and respected much morethan purchasing staff. First line managers are not always supportive, and are human shields for management above them. You'll never get to drive any company products, even relatively tame ones. Graduates who are inexperienced but highly self assured. Not enough parking or desk spaces. Various sites, but Gaydon in particular is a full on dangerous construction zone at the moment. Massive queues to enter in the morning and leave in the evening. Poor HR department and policies. 1980s style powerdressing everywhere. Promotions are based on who you know, not what. Hierarchical "top-down" management and communication structure. Loads of people with ideas above their station, giving it large 24/7
